Beitar Jerusalem picked up a timely lift on the training pitch this week, with Sport5 reporting that both Luka Gadrani and Tomer Yosefi came through complete sessions with the first team for the first time in a while.
Gadrani, the Georgian international defender, was one of Beitar's most consistent performers after arriving last year from Kazakh club Kairat Almaty, while Yosefi, an Israel international attacking midfielder, joined as a free agent this summer from Ukraine's Polissya Zhytomyr following his spell at Hapoel Be'er Sheva.
Sport5 did not detail why either player had been managed outside full training in recent weeks, but the report frames both as building toward involvement in Almog Cohen's squad for the next official fixture.
The timing matters. Beitar are back in Conference League action after surviving a dramatic tie against AEK Larnaca, winning 1-0 away before losing the return leg 2-3 at their European base in Ploiești, Romania - a 3-3 aggregate scoreline settled by penalties, where goalkeeper Miguel Silva made the decisive saves.
That result sends Beitar into the third qualifying round against Austria Wien, with the first leg set for August 6 in Ploiești and the return in Vienna a week later.
Cohen, who moved from Beitar's sports director role into the head coach's job this summer, will welcome the extra depth as his squad juggles a congested European schedule alongside the start of the Israeli Premier League campaign.
Neither Gadrani nor Yosefi has been ruled in or out for the Austria Wien first leg, but their return to full training gives Cohen a broader pool to choose from as preparations continue this week.
