Hapoel Petah Tikva have given supporters their first look at what the team will wear in 2026/27, unveiling three new kits — home, away and third — in a video posted to the club's social media channels.
All three shirts carry a refreshed version of the club crest, applied across the full kit set for the first time this season.
The designs are again the work of Aviad Fader, a Hapoel Petah Tikva supporter who has produced the club's kits every year since its return to the top flight — his fifth consecutive year on the job, according to the club.
For the reveal, eight members of the first-team squad fronted the camera: Roi David, Tomer Altman, Guy Badash, Chukwuka Sunga, Alex Musonda, Boni Amian, Harel Shalom and Noam Cohen. Joining them was a familiar face from the stands, supporter Victor Sabag, cast as the club's kit man for a comic short built around the launch.
The sketch has Sabag, in character, gathering up the players' shirts after the previous season's final whistle and working through a run of gags before the payoff: the new 2026/27 strips emerging from a washing machine for their first public unveiling.
It is a format the club has used before to make its kit launches feel like an inside joke shared with the fan base rather than a straight marketing reel — and for a side still rebuilding its standing in the Israeli top division, that kind of goodwill carries its own value.
The timing is deliberate. The new kits are set to make their competitive debut on Saturday at 20:30, when Hapoel Petah Tikva host cross-town rivals Maccabi Petah Tikva in the Toto Cup, the season-opening derby that gives the club a packed HaMoshava Stadium to show off the new look.
Musonda, one of the players fronting the campaign, joined Hapoel Petah Tikva on loan from APOEL Limassol during the off-season, one of several new faces the club has added to the squad heading into the new campaign.
