Tamer Nofi has left Bnei Eilat after 17 years in the club’s leadership. ONE reports that the departure follows approval of the transfer of management rights to the Vaturi family.
Nofi said he was making room for the new administration and placed the club above his own position. The immediate task for the incoming leadership is continuity: staffing, player commitments and league preparation must survive the ownership transition without losing the local identity built over the previous era.
Lower-league governance rarely receives the attention given to top-flight transfers, but it determines whether clubs can plan, register and remain rooted in their communities. This is therefore a material organisational story even without a major player move.
